Flames
“The more intricate of a design the maker has in mind, the more times to the fire the piece will have to endure.” – The Sea Glass Soul Ch 1
Today’s post is inspired by an excerpt from my book in chapter one. Last summer we went to a glass blowing factory and watched in wonderment raw material transform in beautiful creations. Each time something is added, changed, or taken off then the more times the glass will have to return to the flames.
We are the same.
The bible says in Psalms 139:14, “Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it. (NLT)”
There are so many different and wonderful things about you sweet reader, don’t ever doubt for a second why you are here. Secondly, the fires you have walked through, cried through and prayed through have given you the perseverance to level up for your divine purpose.
No, not everything is from the Lord. I can attest to that. However, everything can be used by the Lord for his purpose somehow. Every time a fire comes don’t hunch in fear because you don’t want to go in. It’s ok in our human nature to feel apprehensive. Remember though, you are a child of the Most High and He already knows you’re going to walk out to the other side victorious!
Don’t wave that white flag yet. Keep praying, keep worshiping and stay in the word to have strength to get to the other side of the flames.
